The Andover Inn

Pet Policy

The Andover Inn warmly welcomes your pet as a treasured guest.  We would love to continue welcoming pets but can only do so with your cooperation.

 Please note:

 All pets must be declared 48 hours prior to guest registration.

1. A daily non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged to guests with pets.

2. All guests with pets staying at the Inn must have a valid credit card on file at the front desk.

3. Pets over 50 pounds will not be accepted into our Inn.  We allow only one pet per room.

4. Guests must walk their pets in designated areas behind the Inn. Please inquire as to the location of these areas.

5. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pet in and around the Inn at all times. Please use the exterior trash receptacles or dumpsters for disposal.

6. Your pet shall be attended and on a leash at all times.

7. Noise or disruptive behavior by your pet is not acceptable. On the receipt of noise complaints you may be asked to make alternate arrangements for your pet.

8. Housekeeping reserves the right to enter and clean your room on a daily basis. Your pet must be removed from the room prior to the standard cleaning time or other arrangements must be made with the Inn management.

9. Pets must be current on all vaccinations as required by law.

I understand that I am solely responsible for any damage, destruction, injuries or lost income caused by my pet. I understand that a $250.00 cleaning/maintenance fee will be incurred if there are damages to my room.

 I have read and understand The Andover Inn pet policy and shall abide by it.
