Enjoy the Last Weeks of Summer at Samuel’s
There are a few weeks left of summer and we hope all of you get a moment to enjoy before the fabulous colors of fall arrive. This September we would like to welcome back Executive Chef Paul Dubuque. With over 20 years of culinary experience, Paul first started with us in 2012 as our Executive Chef. In 2015, he took a break to pursue other interests outside of the kitchen. He’s back now and we couldn’t be happier.
Fun Fact: When Paul isn’t busy in the kitchen creating mouthwatering dishes, he is belting out the tunes with his band, Hal Holiday & The Tones.
Chef Paul is busy working on an exciting and delicious fall menu featuring some New England classics and modern twists. In the meantime, we’re sharing two of our favorite summer recipes to help you enjoy the last few weeks of the beautiful summer bounty available.
Key Lime Cheesecake
Our Key Lime Cheesecake is served with White Chocolate Mousse, a Macadamia Nut and White Chocolate Chip Cookie, and Candied Lime Zest. This delicious dessert is finished with a drizzle of Sweet Key Lime Sauce.
Strawberry Basil Gin Sparkler
Sip and savor this delicious light cocktail made with Hendricks Gin and enhanced with fresh Strawberries, and Basil-Infused Simple Syrup and finished with Club Soda. Yum!
