Spotlight on the Andover Inn Team

The Andover Inn has always taken great pride in its team and the customer service that they provide to each and every guest that walks through our doors.  Just last month, the Andover Inn attended the 2018 Waterford Hotel Group Annual Leadership Conference.  The conference celebrated the company’s top performing properties and hosted 100 managers and associates at the Marriott Hartford Downtown and Connecticut Convention Center.  The annual conference provides attendees with important informational sessions and a forum to share ideas for the future, as well as an opportunity to celebrate the successes fo the past year. The Andover Inn was awarded two prestigious awards this year.

The first was Guest Satisfaction Champion of 2017.  This award is based on our customer’s reviews and experience.  Reviews are made through a variety of channels, either directly through our customer surveys or online ratings made on third-party sites like TripAdvisor.  The Andover Inn is currently ranked #1 of Bed and Breakfast establishments in Andover and Samuel’s has consistently improved upon the food offerings as reflected by the #4 of 66 restaurants in Andover rating.  We have an amazing team here at the Andover Inn that strives every day to make each and every guest stay memorable.

Our Front Desk Supervisor Johenly “JoJo” Medrano was recognized as the 2017 Associate of the Year by Waterford Hotel Group.  JoJo, our Front Desk Supervisor, personifies guest service and is consistently and genuinely positive and cheerful at all times.  She is truly always upbeat whether talking with guests and partners and is always viewed as friendly and cooperative.   Her warm and inviting personality have guests asking for her by name.   She is always going above and beyond for our guests and fellow employees and is a true Service Champion.
