PHILLIPS ROOM

Conveniently located off the lobby, the Phillips Room has the look of sophistication with extensive crown moldings, a working gas fireplace and large windows on three sides of the room to provide a charming view of the Phillips Academy campus. This is the perfect room for either your corporate or social event as it is an elegant and comfortable space. It is equipped with an 80” monitor, wireless AV system and wireless Internet access.

STEVENS ROOM

The Stevens Room, on the lower garden level with access to the back lawn, is smart and modern. The 80” monitor makes it the perfect room for corporate meetings and training sessions, along with smaller social events.  Step right out the door onto the lawn for a special outdoor lunch or cocktail hour prepared by our expert culinary team.

BOARDROOM

Conveniently located on the Garden Level for the utmost privacy, the Boardroom is a fixed seating space that can accommodate up to ten guests.  A large mahogany executive table is in the center of the room.  This room is also equipped with a 42” monitor and wired presentation capability.

ABBOT ROOM

Enjoy the intimacy and exclusivity within the elegance of Samuel’s Restaurant.  Large windows give the Abbot Room an abundance of natural lighting along with views of the back lawn and pond.  This room is equipped with a 42” monitor and wired presentation capability.
